Shannon was born 4 years after Mark Cecil, her closest older brother. Shannon was Todd’s first and ONLY sister.

Shannon was the family’s first girl! We finally had some pink colors in our household . . . and Lot’s of it, along with other frilly stuff and baby dolls.

Everyone had to take turns holding her after she came home. We were ALL thrilled to have another family member that was so cute.
