Todd & Cheryl Buy 1st Home TOGETHER in Largo, Florida

This was so exciting – to buy a home together with my new Wife, Cheryl. I remember we drove by this house in a nearby neighborhood and Cheryl said “what about this home, it’s For Sale-by Owner”. I looked at it and said “NO WAY, that’s an executive-style home, “we can’t afford that!”. But we called and made an appointment to see it anyway. Thankfully we did, because we bought it! We made so many upgrades and renovations to this home while we lived in it – up to 2008.
