Uriel Cecil’s Investment Property 360 Tour!

Dad just purchased a Florida home in Oct. 2016 to rent as an investment property. He decided to put his money from selling his Maryland home to work by investing it in this property to make a monthly profit. Todd (& Cheryl) have helped him in orchestrating the entire transaction and with the work needed to make a great purchase and get it ready for leasing on a year-to-year basis. 

We replaced the Older (white) kitchen appliances with brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances to make it more appealing to prospective renters. We have also hired a landscaper to remove some of the ugly bushes and reshape the bushes that we are going to keep in place. The landscaper hasn’t been here to do this yet, he will be here next week.

We plan to hire our Management company to advertise it for rent by next week and hopefully get renters moved in before the coming holidays! We took these 360 degree photos so we can remember how the home looked before renters move in – and hopefully it won’t look much different when they move out. But, this way we can keep track.

The home is really clean. New carpeting in the bedrooms and living room, new paint, and really had a brand-new home smell.

I am so glad Dad trusted in me to help him invest his money in this way. I know it will pay-off for him for years to come!
